Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from account settings whenever you like. You keep the plan until the current billing period ends, then it quietly drops to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
If you upgraded by mistake or it's just not for you, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it, no interrogation.
What counts as a conversion?
One file in, one result out — however many steps it takes behind the scenes. A batch of ten files is ten conversions, not one.
Do my files stick around after I convert?
No. Files and results deleted within the hour, always — on every plan.
What happens if I hit the free daily limit?
You wait for tomorrow, or upgrade to Pro and the limit disappears immediately.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, anytime. Switching to yearly applies straight away and we prorate the difference.
