libheif-js 1.23.5: libheif (LGPL-3.0) with libde265 1.0.15 (LGPL-3.0), compiled to WebAssembly by Emscripten.

libheif.js and libheif.wasm in this folder are copied unmodified from the npm package libheif-js@1.23.5
(its libheif-wasm/ folder) and loaded as separate files, only when a HEIC picture is opened in a
browser that cannot read HEIC itself. LICENSE is that package's licence file.
